I recommend Kego Park at Tenjin too.
It's situated right in the middle of Tenjin, so you can go there easily and many people visit there every night.
Uminonakamichi Park will hold an event called "Christmas Candle Night".
A lot of candles are so beautiful and fireworks will be shot in the sky.
